Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EQL Ivy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

What is EQL Ivy

EQL Ivy is an AI-powered sales assistant application designed exclusively for EQL Apparel's internal business operations and authorized sales agents. The Service integrates with Facebook Messenger through Meta's official APIs to help sales agents provide better customer service by:

  • Generating AI response suggestions for customer inquiries
  • Managing and organizing customer conversations
  • Enabling real-time collaboration between sales agents
  • Providing customer context and conversation history

This is an internal business tool with access restricted to verified EQL Apparel sales agents only.

2. Usage Guidelines

Who Can Use the Service

  • Only authorized EQL Apparel sales agents may use the Service
  • User accounts are created and managed by EQL Apparel administrators
  • Users must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons

How to Use the Service

  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Maintain professional standards in all customer interactions
  • Review and edit AI-generated suggestions before sending to customers
  • Maintain human oversight of all customer interactions
  • Follow Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies
  • Respect customer privacy and confidentiality

3. Data & Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process customer data including Facebook Messenger conversations, customer profile information, AI-generated suggestions, and usage analytics in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption, access controls, and audit logging to protect all data. Data is retained as necessary for business operations and compliance requirements.

4. Service Terms

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party dependencies. Technical support is provided during business hours at hello@eql-apparel.com.

Ownership & Liability

EQL Apparel owns all rights to the Service including software, AI models, and design. Customers retain ownership of their personal data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI suggestions are assistance tools only and require human oversight. EQL Apparel is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Account Termination

EQL Apparel may terminate or suspend user accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, security concerns, or end of employment. Upon termination, access will be immediately revoked and user data may be retained for business and legal purposes.
